Enter where you need the car and your pick-up and drop-off dates: you'll see the rental locations near you with vehicles available for that period. Choose the category and package you prefer, complete digital check-in and confirm the booking.
If you've completed digital check-in, the contract is already signed when you arrive: at the location you just collect the keys and go. Average pick-up time across network locations is a few minutes.
The deposit isn't a charge: it's an amount pre-authorised on your card at pick-up and released at drop-off, provided there's no damage or additional charges. The amount is shown clearly before you confirm the booking.
You need the driver's valid driving licence and an ID document. You upload them once during digital check-in and they stay linked to your profile for future rentals.
