Payment is made online by card at the time of booking. The price shown is the total for the rental period you chose, with any extras you selected already included.

The deposit isn't a charge: it's an amount pre-authorised on your card at pick-up and released at drop-off, provided there's no damage or additional charges. The amount is shown clearly before you confirm the booking.

Every package states the included kilometres, the deductible applied and the services covered. Extra costs such as additional kilometres or extra days are shown in the package's terms before payment.

Yes, where the rental company offers deductible reduction as an extra: you add it when booking, and the amount you're liable for in case of damage is reduced accordingly.

Yes. The invoice or receipt is issued by the rental company you picked up from, since the rental contract is with them. If you don't receive it, you can request it directly at the location.
