You book a vehicle category, for example a city car or a compact SUV, following the standard used across the rental industry. The models shown are representative of the category: the actual vehicle is assigned by the rental company at pick-up.

The request reaches the rental company immediately, who confirms it from their own software. You get confirmation by email with all the pick-up details: the location's address, time, and documents to bring.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up, unless the package you chose states otherwise. To change dates or duration, contact the location directly: you'll find their details in the confirmation email.

Minimum age and licence-holding requirements are set by each rental company and can vary by vehicle category. The applicable conditions are shown before you confirm the booking.
