Pick-up and drop-off

At the location you chose: it's a real rental company, with a physical base in the neighbourhood. Address and coordinates are on the location's page and in the confirmation email.

If you've completed digital check-in, the contract is already signed when you arrive: at the location you just collect the keys and go. Average pick-up time across network locations is a few minutes.

It depends on the location. Some offer app-based unlock or a keybox and allow pick-up around the clock; for others the opening hours shown on the location's page apply.

Photos of the vehicle's condition are recorded at pick-up and drop-off, along with mileage and fuel level. Everything stays attached to the contract, so there are no disputes on return.

At the moment, drop-off happens at the same location as pick-up. Dropping off at a different location is coming to cities where rental companies have more than one location.
