Every customer arrives with a licence and ID already verified by the app: at pick-up you just hand over the keys.

Frequently asked questions
No. You state the maximum number of vehicles you want to list per category, but they stay the same ones you rent at the counter: published availability is always the lower of what's allocated and what's actually free. You can never end up selling a car you don't have.
You do, with the rate plans you already use: deductibles, included kilometres and services are yours. You can publish several packages on the same category and change them whenever you want.
No. Everything runs through the iappy Manager software: you turn on membership from the settings, and availability and prices sync on their own, with no double entry.
Joining the network carries no extra fees on top of your existing software plan. You can start on the free plan, which includes three vehicles.
